Prof. Lewiński awarded the FNP Prize

Prof. Janusz Lewiński was awarded the 2024 Foundation for Polish Science Prize in the area of chemical and materials sciences "for the development of mechanochemical methods for the synthesis of perovskites, improving their photovoltaic properties".

The FNP Prize is considered the most important scientific distinction in Poland. It is awarded in four areas: life sciences, chemical and materials sciences, mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences, and humanities and social sciences. In 2024 the FNP awarded the prizes for the 33rd time. The award ceremony was held 4 December 2024 in Warsaw Royal Castle.
